Community roster terms
In force from 8 October 2026 · Leer en español
In Ace Academy players can publish “rosters”: the made-up tennis players the game’s tour starts with. Other players browse and download them. These terms apply to anyone who publishes a roster. Browsing and downloading need nothing beyond the game’s own terms.

1. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to publish rosters.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you publish and you confirm that you have the right to publish it.
3. What is not allowed
- Insults, hate, harassment, sexual or violent content, in the names or in the description.
- Names or details of private people: friends, classmates, relatives and, under no circumstances, minors.
- Brands, logos or the names of tournaments and organisations, or implying that the roster is official or endorsed by anyone.
- Selling rosters or charging for them: they are shared for free.
4. Licence
By publishing a roster you grant XAGU STUDIOS, S.L. a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host it, adapt it to the game’s format, display it and distribute it to other players while it is published. You can withdraw it at any time from “My rosters”; copies other players have already downloaded may still be used on their devices.
5. Moderation
- We run an automatic word filter when you publish and we review reports by hand.
- If a person, or someone acting for them, asks for their name to be removed, or there is a rights claim, we hide the roster while we review it.
- We may hide or remove a roster, or stop an account from publishing, if it breaks these terms or the law.
- We will tell you why in “My rosters”. If you disagree, you can ask us to review it by writing to info@xagustudios.net with the roster’s identifier.
6. How to report a roster
From the game itself, or without playing through the report form. Or by email to info@xagustudios.net.
7. Point of contact
The single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and users, under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), is info@xagustudios.net. We answer in Spanish and English.
8. Personal data
How we handle account, roster and report data is explained in the privacy policy.
9. Changes
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with its date.
10. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect you in the country where you live. You may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
11. Languages
These terms and the in-game rules are published in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
